Thinking Time

Thinking Time & Why Its Crucial

Have you ever been consistently going and going. Never stopping to no avail?

Constantly moving and contorting yourself like a cog in a machine. Moving towards the next deadline, the next project, the next responsibility but never making any time for your mind?

I’ve found myself doing this a lot in the past so much so that I never made much time to think and mindful.

Taking the absence of mindfulness in the decision making process made a lot of my movements very robotic. All my movements were very remote with no feeling behind it. The passion was lost.

And that’s not to say passion must be the only drive because a commitment to discipline and consistency are crucial as well but without taking time to check in with oneself decisions made might not be of the best light or in the highest good.

Taking routine moments to step back and assess what is happening good and bad are vital in order to plan more effectively for the future.

These moments of deep thought can take form in many facets be it journaling, taking a walk, taking a regular report of your actions and results regarding your business.

All forms have a place in the process of building up a business. No one is more needed/ more required than the other. Each holds its own weight. They must be done regardless.

Without it how can you evaluate where you are and determine how you should move forward?
